Two Banyo Verge Project Working Bees
Wednesday 22nd and Saturday 25th November 2023: 10am to noon
ACF Community Brisbane Northside will be hosting two more working bees in November to finish off the third garden at the end of Bilambil St. You’re welcome to come and meet other members and join in some really wide-ranging conversations.
These working bees are held in conjunction with the Banyo District Verge Gardening group that emerged from the Pilot project run in 2022/2023.
All welcome to garden or just come along for a chat, find out what we are doing and why, see what a difference verge gardens make to the way people feel about their streets and the street trees.
If you’re planning to do your own verge this will give you some tips about the design, council policy, and what plants work best.
Location: 47 Bilambil St, Banyo.
