Should we run a book club?
A suggestion for 2024 is a regular event to discuss a book that is relevant to our group's aims. What do you think?
Inspired by the discussion on Doughnut Economics in November, we are wondering if we should have a regular book event. Would this interest you? How often? What sort of format? Topics? Is anyone keen to be the lead organising them?
Please use the comments below to discuss.
Another option would be to have a section here where we talk about books we are reading. That way if we see someone reading a book that we were also interested in we can take it up either in a casual conversation or arrange for it to be a topic of a meeting.
I'm reading Fragile Neighbourhoods by Seth Kaplan.
