The Shaping SEQ plan has been finalised. It's quite ambitious as it tackles all the interlinking issues and changes needed to cater for the growth in population in the region in a sustainable manner.
Things will change whether we want them to or not - the question is how well managed the change is.
"Successfully implementing the strategies and policies of ShapingSEQ 2023 is a shared task. It requires a coordinated effort by multiple stakeholders including federal, state and local governments, utility providers and industry, community and First Nations peoples."
